      Description

      In #0001005 task we've fixed problem with BASE_PATH being incorrectly detected, when /tools/cron.php script was executed from PHP CLI.

      However this has unexpected side effect on CKEditor/FCKEditor resulting in JavaScript error and CKEditor/FCKEditor not being shown at all. Whoever applies patch from above mentioned task will get same error.
