Reset spelling suggestion cache, when spelling suggestion dictionary is changed

In-Portal has spelling dictionary functionality where on a search page corrections of misspelled search keywords are suggested from a spelling dictionary populated in Admin Console.

In In-Portal 5.1.0 we've added caching to spellings suggested for each keyword, but due typo error this cache is never reset and entries added into spelling dictionary after cache was build will never be shown on Front-End.
