We've added new "System Log" section in INP-811 task. After doing a clean install I've noticed that this section isn't visible by default to any administrator.
This happens because of missing permissions in /core/install/install_data.sql file.
Also we need to:
- draw an icon for this new section, to be used in Admin Tree
- rename parent "System Logs" section into "Reports and Logs" to solve "System Log" section being placed under "System Logs" section
