      Description

      During recent changed in INP-1252 we've made flash uploader working in modal windows, but we missed at least 1 window - user registration.

      I've also noticed, that custom-made OnCreate/OnUpdate events and their clones from other units are affected as well (in if they ever decide to use flash uploader + FormManager).
