      Description

      Consider EMAIL.TEST e-mail template disabled. Here is what happens when attempt is made to sent e-mail using that template:

      1. EMAIL.TEST - not sent - OK
      2. EMAIL.TEST - sent - BAD, because Status field check is made only on initial template load
      3. EMAIL.TEST - sent - BAD, because Status field check is made only on initial template load
      4. EMAIL.TEST - sent - BAD, because Status field check is made only on initial template load
      5. ...
