      Description

      1. restore declaration of LANG_OVERWRITE_EXISTING and LANG_SKIP_EXISTING constants
      2. add these tags in DocBlock of restored constants:
        • @deprecated
        • @see LanguageImportHelper::setOption()
      3. restore "$import_mode" parameter of "LanguageImportHelper::performImport" method:
        • when parameter is used trigger a deprecation notice
        • when parameter is used internally call "setOption" method to get desired effect
