Description

introduce "kDBConnection::setErrorHandler($callback)" method, that will set given callback into "errorHandler" property
introduce matching "IDBConnection::setErrorHandler($callback)" interface method
introduce "kDBLoadBalancer::setErrorHandler($callback)" method, that will set given callback into "errorHandler" property and also call "kDBConnection::setErrorHandler" method for any connections, that were already opened in "connections" property
