Adjust "Category.View" permissions for Home category

      Go to "Home" category. Press "Tools -> Edit Current Section" and then "Save" in popup. After all that "CATEGORY.MODIFY" permission is lost for "admin" group resulting content mode buttons disappearing. Found on 5.0.2

      Description

      I try to print some categories on front-end from "Home" category and always getting empty list. This is because "CATEGORY.VIEW" permission is set only on module root categories, like "Directory", "Products" and not set on topmost "Home" (Content actually) category.

      I propose (again) to set "CATEGORY.VIEW" permission for "Everyone" group on top folder and remove it from module top categories so it will be inherited from parent.
