Option "direct_links" is ignored, when multiple files are uploaded.

      Description

      When "inp_edit_swf_upload" block is used for file upload and option "direct_links" is set to "false", then it has no effect in uploaded file links listed under "upload". Such links still are displayed as if "direct_links" option was set to "true".
