Refactoring of unit config field builder engine

I've found, that in several cases automatic "Fields" property of unit config builder failed to display generated information:

• wrong line breaks in wrong places
• arrays are displayed as strings and are not validated by php, when used

I've introduced new approach for displaying generated "Fields", "Grids" arrays for unit config based on given database table name.
