I'm getting Fatal Error while trying to approve/decline Link (or other Catalog Item) from Administrative console. Error says:
Fatal Error: mail error: header To is required in /home/jurmala/SVN/5.1.x/core/kernel/utility/email_send.php on line 1093
Please note that issue seems to be there ONLY when ROOT user is the owner of the Item.
Also, need to make sure other related places are checked for this.
