      Permission checking is OK, but for category items in administrative console it is based on temp mode, but main prefix isn't passed in upload file link and all fails because of it.

      Description

      I'm unable to upload file into category item subitem unit. I have 2 issue with it:
      1. alert is shown, saying, that "you don't have permission to upload" (I actually have it)
      2. js error happens, when alert is displayed.
