Fixes and changes to be done in English Language pack for 5.1.2 release.
1. Check and Move all Country / State related phrases to CORE module.
2. la_CurrentTheme missing phrase to CORE (Current Theme); also change "lu_CurrentTheme" to "la_CurrentTheme" in blue bar in categories list (on the right).
