      Attempt to hide "Addresses" tab during user editing in Admin Console had no effect.

      Description

      Need to change code, that adds "Addresses" tab to user adding/editing form in Admin Console the way, that it will use ['addresses'] index for the array of EditTabPresets instead of just [], which results in 0 index to be used.
