      Description

      When large (over 100) z-index css values are used in theme, then all windows, that are opened in content mode are not visible. This happens because they have very small (99 - 102) z-index values.

      Here are the affected places:

      • content mode revision toolbar
      • all modal windows opened in theme
      • debugger report
