      Description

      Add support for using http://jqueryui.com/autocomplete control for creating combo boxes in In-Portal.

      This includes:

      1. replace used jQuery UI library with same + jQueryUI.Autocomplete
      2. replacing current usages of AJAXDropdown with jQueryUI.Autocomplete class
      3. removing AJAXDropdown class
