Add following parameters to m_RequireLogin tag:

dry_run - allows for tag to be used inside "m_if" and "m_elseif" tags without actually doing a redirect on access violation
self_redirect - redirect to same page user was on with "access_violation" parameter added instead of redirecting to other page on access violation
