Ensure "keywords" URL parameter is present on all search related pages

It is impossible to share Search Results page link with somebody, because searched keywords are not present in it's url (missing ?keywords=search+keywords+here). Also searched keywords aren't displayed in following places:

1. search box in sidebar (on the left)
2. page heading (above search results on the right)

Steps to reproduce:

1. install In-Portal with Advanced theme
2. install In-Newz module
3. create 4 test articles with some similar pattern inside
4. on Front-End type your search pattern (from step 3 there) in the search side box on the left
5. pay attention to page url you've been redirected to

Affected places:

1. page url (no "?keywords=" part)
2. search result dashboard (where you're redirected right after performing search)
3. detailed module search results (where you're redirected when using "More ..." link in search result dashboard place)
4. pagination/sorting/per_page controls (links they build doesn't include "?keywords=")
