Change "fckFCKHelper::prepareConfig" method to support overriding styleset name via "styleset_name" parameter (right now it's hardcoded to "portal").

The CKEditor styleSet name can be set via "style_set_name" in the "*_FCKEditor" and "st_ContentBlock" tags.
