Create the "\kUtil::varDumpColorized" method

Create the "\kUtil::varDumpColorized($var, $context, $return = true)" method, where:

• $var - is the variable to be dumped;
• $context - is the name of the place, where dumping happens (e.g. when dumping on the same page use the same context);
• $return - wherever the dump result should be displayed or returned.
