- use CPRNG to generate random component of the debugger report filename, that is stored inside "/system/.restricted" folder (right now it is in "debug_@SID@.txt" format
- remove unused debugger reports based on their creation date (files older than 1 day are considered stale); right now they're removed at session expiration time
- confirm, that debugger report from main request and ajax request can co-exist
