- To submit patch via Web Interface use Patches Workflow (via Web Interface) tutorial

Add a quick fix to existing Language Pack Import functionality so it can import Email Subjects.

Parse the data field, pull the Subject data out and insert it into Messages folder during the installation (language Import).
