In mod-rewrite mode "undefined" page is always queried from somewhere

Description

When mod-rewrite mode is on, then in default2007/default2009 themes there are some strange requests happening to "http://site-url/undefined" page.

Closing issues from 5.0.0 version, because version was already released.

SVN comment writing techniques:
1. when you want just to link given commit to issue write following in commit comment: "Bug #0000059: Bug summary field"
2. when you want to resolve and link svn commit to bug, then and only then write commit like "Fixes #0000059: Bug summary field"
