      Description

      I've got several warnings on order edit shipping tab, when shipping quote engines are used:

      • currency parameter is not passed to shipping tags
      • invalid format used for insurance fee display, resulting empty fee to be displayed

      I've also got warning about missing "mode" tag parameter, when I'm managing allowed shipping types on product editing general tab.
