Displaying Full Category Path in Suggestion Form

Using In-Link Suggestion form, you can select additional categories to be listed in, using a drop down menu and "add" button.

When a sub-category is added, the list under the form will display only the category name, without parent directory.

We need to modify template to show the complete path "Category > Subcat > subsub..." for the selected category.
