Commit initial theme version

Commit initial theme version, that would:

• have proper folder layout
• contain example pages that demonstrate:
  • modal window usage
  • form creation on main page (with page reload on submit and without it)
  • form creation in modal window
  • creation of confirmation dialogs
  • extraction of inline JS on the template to separate module
  • html5 file uploader control
  • drop zone file upload control
  • each possible form element using "widget" unit
  • url parsing/building via JS to create website navigation (e.g. filters) using anchors
• have minimal CSS needed to make it work and not look ugly as hell
