Admin: Skip Theme from Auto-generatting

      Description

      Currently all Physical Folders under "themes/" result in generating new Theme records (viewable under Admin->Configuration->Themes).

      We need to add a filter that will exclude themes that start with "." OR even better - if they do NOT have /index.tpl (home page) template. I believe this is ho wit worked before.
