Folder ".svn" is added as new theme, but it should not.

      Description

      Currently ".svn" folder is added as new theme during theme scanning. This should not happen. Currently we have exceptions during all directory scanning processes, that exclude "CVS" folder. I propose to do the same with ".svn" folders.
